Quickie diorama for the 800 series style 1 kits.

These photos show the proportion between automobiles and rolling stock in true 1/64 scale. The automobiles for reference are Hot Wheels 100% and others. No kit-bashing HO and O into S-scale needed here!
For the sidewalk and floors, I just cut a sheet of .060 styrene to cover the area or block. I then scribed the sidewalk expansion cracks and sanded the curbing to shape. Then painted the entire sheet concrete color and weathered it.
